Disney on Ice

We took Mallory, Kyla and Cooper to see Disney on Ice in early April and boy did we have fun! We sat in the very front row at the one corner of the ice. The show was all Disney Princesses and hosted by Tinkerbell (my favorite!).

And of course the girls looked super cute in their princess dresses!

Mother's Day

My second Mother's Day was very relaxing and enjoyable. We started out with church, then it was on to get pedicures. Of course Miss Mallory was a little young to have someone paint her nails, she came along and sat on my lap and was able to put her feet in the water a bit.

I did paint her toenails a few nights later, which looked absolutely adorable! I will make sure to get a picture of this next time...

Looking forward to many more wonderful days with my M.

Easter

Easter was super fun with M this year. We did three Easter Egg hunts at various churches and also colored Easter Eggs and made a big mess, but oh soooo much fun! I'll let the pictures say it all...

15 Month Appointment

Mallory had her 15 month appointment at the end of April. She is now 22.2 pounds and still 30 inches. Dr. Hirsch said she must have had a generous length measurement at her 12 month appointment since it's unlikely she didn't grow at all (and I can tell she has grown because some of her pants are too short!).

She mad more vaccinations, which of course made me super upset seeing her cry; but overall Dr. Hirsch is very happy with her growth and her progress with motor skills and says she is very advanced verbally, probably because we don't talk "baby talk" to her and religiously read to her.

18 month appointment is in July. I can't believe that; time needs to seriously slow down!

Walking.....finally

On February 15th (just four days shy of being 14 months old), Mallory took her first set of unassisted steps for Daddy (mommy was super jealous!). After that, she barely took any steps for the next few weeks; then it was off to the races. Here's a cute video of her at the mall, just walking around the play area one afternoon.
